If you have not used our service before, welcome to Community Transport! Before we can get you going, you will need to register as a passenger with us.
If you are over 65 years old (50 for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people) you will need to register with My Aged Care by calling 1800 200 422. My Aged Care is a Commonwealth Government Agency which will determine your eligibility for services, and refer you back to Community Transport. You must be sure to ask specifically for The Community Transport Company. If you would like help with this, or require transport urgently please call our office on 1300 812 504.
If you are under 65 years old (50 for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people) and have a disability or you are transport disadvantaged, you can register directly with your local Community Transport office. Before we transport you, we will ask you some questions in relation to your mobility, and other personal details for your registration with us to ensure that we can provide the right transport and vehicle for you.
Once you have registered just ring up and book whenever you need transport. We would like as much notice as possible to ensure that we have vehicles and drivers available when you need them. We look forward to seeing you!
